Reseña del libro "The Quasar: Issue 1 (en Inglés)"
The Quasar is a quarterly sci-fi journal with a twist. Welcome to a new world of publishing, courtesy of Lozuro Media. As a publisher in the digital age, we intend to grow these stories based on user response and feedback. The more you become part of the conversation, the more content we will create!***This is the first release of our series and features three short stories from three previously unpublished writers. ** "The Amalgam" by Aurora Rayne: The universe is connected. Fates are assigned at birth. The Amalgam, a small aristocracy made up of five powerful rulers controls the fate of everyone in their territory. Anything less than ultimate control cannot - and will not - be tolerated. There are a fortunate few granted additional sway within the galaxy. These privileged citizens are praised and followed by all. But when iCaxx, a young and eager being strays a little too close to a newly discovered Earth, The Amalgam must react. ** The excerpt included within is also published as the first of its series. Be on the lookout for the second soon! **Listening Home by Michelle Bridges details Jake Henrington, a particle physicist whose car was struck by lightning on the way home from work. Is he hallucinating the changes he's seeing? Is he impacting the very fabric of the universe? ** Lastly, Lonely Space by Sean Tracy details an aging war captain who has been imprisoned - and abandoned - on a far away planet. He'd lost hope in the universe and for himself. But can an unexpected friend awaken his spirit?
